We are looking for a skilled and reliable Infrastructure Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and optimization of our IT infrastructure. This role involves working with hardware, networking systems, and server environments to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our technology operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IT systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, network devices, and other infrastructure components.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support the deployment of infrastructure upgrades and new technologies.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including backups, patch management, and system updates.
• Document infrastructure configurations, procedures, and support logs.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and escalate issues as needed.

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or technical support roles.
• Proficiency with networking equipment, Windows/Linux servers, and virtualisation platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure) is an advantage.
